Mercury Records has inked a deal with Jessie James and she’s going to be launched real soon as a recording artist. She’s slowly inching her way to stardom and her biggest issue to date is the fact that hottie John Mayer is hitting on her.
Jessie practiced songwriting since she was in high school. As a result, she was able to make a controversial song which she entitled “Newnan High”. It’s all about her rage in high school and it had stirred a negative effect on the people whom she named in the song. Incidentally, that’s also the song which she used as a demo, which made her the Mercury Records artist that she is now.
Jessie James had previously recorded the song “Blue Jeans” which was included in the soundtrack of the film “Confessions of a Shopaholic:. However, Jessie’s first official single is “Wanted” which is now playing all over the US.
